Title: Thal minor and alcohol

Hi frnds , i have beta thalassemia minor , i want to know should we consume alcohol being thal minor ? Is there any side effects  ?

Will consuming alcohol damage the liver in thal minor ?

I just have a beer or two in a weeks time.

Moderate consumption of alcohol won't harm you. High amounts should be avoided due to the potential for liver damage.
