The warnings about B12 and the liver concern people who have liver disease and can't properly process B12. Normally, your body will regulate how much B12 is absorbed. If there is a diseased liver, this regulatory process may not work properly. Otherwise, there is no danger. The fact that you see less yellow in the eyes indicates you produce fewer defective RBC's when you B12 is addressed.
