Title: Chealtion dose in intermedia thalassemia

Pls suggest what are dose for thalassemic who are off transfusion due to hydorxurea treatment.
Ferritin is around 800 .

That depends on the chelator of course but I would suggest the lowest possible recommended dosage.

Has there been any MRI to check for iron in the organs?
