Title: Scars on lower legs

My baby age:08 Years thalassmia major patient. has developed these scars on lower legs. Can any one have seen these before? please identify what/why are these scars.
Her CBC is:
RBC:  3.2
WBC: 4.1
PLT:   145,000

It might be caused by low platelets. The platelets are just below the low end range. What does your doctor say about it?
