Title: Luspatercept (Reblozyl) side effects - DVT & Stroke

We were looking forward to starting Luspatercept/Reblozyl when our daughter is 18 years old. Today I learned from  an adult patient who was on this med for last 3 years that she discontinued the medicine due to loneg term side effect of blood clotting. Hers had launched in her lungs and back of the knees. She was lucky that it was caught timely. I also checked and online for that DVT & stroke is added as side effects that needs ref. (https://www.drugs.com/sfx/luspatercept-side-effects.html). So, wanted to let thalpals here know that as well in case you are taking it.

Thanks for the update. The drug definitely does not suit everyone.
