Title: Good News for Thals- Scientists change one blood group into another.

I heard this on National Public Radio and the transcript is probably available on NPR.org. I also found this news article.  This is especially good news as the scientist in the interview said that this could be done inexpensivley. This is good news even in countries where blood is readily available because the cost of obtaining blood without insurance is still beyond the reach of many.
