Olivia's last post indicated a problem with her heart, most likely related to high iron levels. I am sorry to see that she lost the battle. She was a lovely person and she will be missed.

I m really sorry to hear this , may GOD give her family strength to bare this loss ... yeah andy i remeber i also replied to her post regarding heart palpitation .... it is too long when she last posted anything on forum .... i m really sad to hear this news ... :sorrow

Oh...I didn't know she passed away. I know her and we've been in contact a few time since we are from the same country. She never said anything regarding her health. I did not hear from her for some time and i thought that she might be busy.  :quiver

Although our friendship is only short lived, i will surely remember her. She is a sweet person, always cheerful and fun to chat with. I will miss her dearly...

We bought a little olive tree in Italy. It's growing pretty fast and in memory of Olivia I gave the tree her name. She will not slip out of my memory, none of them.

At 3 June it will be 4 years ago that my friend Nazli passed away. Memories about her disease are slushy. My mother says she had thalassemia, but I thought she was giving a product of white blood cells (kind of IVIG). Her urgent illness was not be told so mysteries do still exist. She will be forever 17, and I will forever miss her - especially during tx days.

May they both rest in peace
