Then i will add Capsule Zavit  while taking Tablet Tayo . The reason is that why is choose Tayo is it contain higher Vit D3.

1000 IU VIT D is higher than 0.25mcg Calcitriol, is it correct?

I also feel that Zinc creats stomach discomfort to me so i discontinue Cap Zavit last month.

It's difficult to compare calcitriol with vitamin D3 supplements. I prefer the supplements (although I prefer sunshine above all else). Annual testing of D levels is advised, as 100% of untreated-for-vitamin D-thals tested are deficient in vitamin D.

Actually  i was wrongly believed that both vitamin d nd calcitriol r same thing. So i asked that. Thanks.
