Hi Eponine

I just noticed you are from S'pore. I am also in S'pore and will like to know your expereinces. My son was born in S'pore but he had thal intermedia was diagnosed in India, as I was not convinced about the Thal knowledge here, I decided to have him stay with my parents in Chandigarh and under Dr Marwaha's PGIMER(Hospital), care. However I am thinking may be I should explore the options to bring him to S'pore.

Will it be ok if I can request you for ur email id, so that I can write to you in more details. I will like to know someone from S'pore who is going thru the same, what I am experiencining.

Thanks

Hi

I'm Sylvia and I work for Resonance Health, provider of FerriScan.

Although, I am living in Perth, Western Australia now, I'm actually from Singapore too! :)

Seriously before I started on this job, I do not have much idea on Thalassaemia. Not mentioning, having any knowledge about this disease existence in Singapore. I may have seen some info-poster in clinics and hospitals but it didnt occur to me then to find out what it is all about.

I'm glad I found my "commarades" here :hithere

Have you guys heard of FerriScan before? What methods are you using to monitor your iron level? I hope I can help in some ways!

Hi Maako

I'm so sorry for the delayed response.

It really depends on what procedure you are talking about.
It's not really convenient to talk about cost here. Maybe you can pm me specifically what you are lookin at.
