COVID-19, is iron overload a relief?

I have tularemia and also a health care worker. I had questions regarding how it will effect thal. I had covid on Easter weekend  and the test came back positive. It took me awhile to feel normal.  I did have all the symptoms. I was able to bring my O2 sat up in the consecutive days. I just want to know if there will be any problems down the road.

I don't know if tularemia would affect thal, but if antibiotics are used to treat it, it's best to avoid any that contain sulfur, as sulfur can cause a drop in hemoglobin in many thals.
