Well,
The first thing to do is to find the donor whose HLA matches with your baby. The chances are the highest in the siblings. However you can even find a match in an unrelated donor if you are lucky. The next step is choosing the right place for the transplant. Italy has the highest reputation for successful BMT. Next step is to manage the funds for it. You need to contact the doctors of that hospital for them to consider your case etc.

First step is to get the HLA match up done with the siblings(if any)? There are 25% chances of a sibling HLA matching.
Also, along with the BMT, you might want to get her HLA in the registry for finding possible donor's
